Southwest Search is a boutique staffing agency in Dallas, Texas. Their primary focus is finance, accounting, IT/Tech and Human Resource job placements.

02. The Experience

Our strategy relied on integrating a few key pieces; connect to the audience through imagery, easy to apply jobs portal, and a robust blog for candidate resources. This process was designed to encourage our users to stay on the site longer.

We married the new site with daily blog posts featuring new jobs, resources and why you should choose Southwest Search for your job hunt. By leveraging LinkedIn, Social Media and other job search integrations, we were able to establish a new brand identity for Southwest Search, increase job applicants and fill positions quicker.

03. The Results

During the first 90 days, we tripled our conversions to the website. We also saw an increase in job listing applicants by 2x and an increase of followers on LinkedIn at almost 30%.

The new position, website and integrated digital marketing campaigns we launched, Southwest Search is expected to performance steadily grow resulting in 100% growth in leads per month.
