Our strategy relied on integrating a few key pieces; connect to the audience through imagery, easy to apply jobs portal, and a robust blog for candidate resources. This process was designed to encourage our users to stay on the site longer.
We married the new site with daily blog posts featuring new jobs, resources and why you should choose Southwest Search for your job hunt. By leveraging LinkedIn, Social Media and other job search integrations, we were able to establish a new brand identity for Southwest Search, increase job applicants and fill positions quicker.
